At Biscayne Boatworks, we’re rethinking what a technical poling skiff can be. By combining time tested craftsmanship with the latest in skiff technology, we've created something special. Our hull design features a prominent spray rail that keeps you dry even when the water gets choppy, making it one of the driest rides in its class. And thanks to a rounded stern, our skiffs glide through the water with minimal turbulence, allowing for smooth, quiet turns when stalking fish.

Each skiff is handcrafted to order using rot-proof composite materials for unmatched durability and performance.

In addition to its design features our skiffs are constructed using a combination of composite materials that will never rot, delaminate or blister over time. Our hulls are meticulously built one at a time, built to order with the customers specific needs in mind.
